Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

- Delivery speed
Charges will be calculated at checkout or communicated via email.
4. Delivery Time

- Domestic (within India): 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days (varies by country & customs)
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may incur import duties, taxes, and customs charges.
These are not included in product price and are the buyer’s responsibility.
6. Shipment Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive:
- Tracking number
- Estimated delivery date
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged or gets lost:
- Notify us within 48 hours
- Provide photos of damage (if any)
- We will assist with a claim
8. Returns
Due to the industrial/nature of our product (Guar Gum Powder), returns are accepted only for quality issues.
Defective or incorrect products will be:
- Replaced
- Refunded after inspection
